The main purpose of this employee symposium lies in three aspects. 

First, through the symposium, a platform for employees to communicate with each other was created to promote effective communication between employees and the company's management. 

The second is to ask everyone to raise recent problems in work and life and make improvements. 

The third is to help everyone better integrate into the company, enhance their sense of identity and belonging to the company, and create a frank, harmonious and happy working atmosphere. 

At the beginning of the meeting, everyone took turns to introduce themselves and get to know each other. They also welcomed the arrival of new employees, affirmed everyone’s recent work, and encouraged everyone to work in their new positions. We must cooperate, ask more questions and learn more, and be proactive in order to continuously improve. 

   Then the employee representatives put forward their views and suggestions on their recent experience and feelings in work and life. In order to prevent employees from being afraid to speak up, we thoughtfully prepared paper and pens for the participants, wrote suggestions anonymously and submitted them, and answered their doubts on the spot. Questions that can be solved on the spot have been answered for the staff present. Issues that cannot be directly resolved at the symposium will be resolved within a week and posted on the bulletin board. 

Through this symposium, colleagues have also deepened their understanding, and employees have enhanced their sense of belonging to the company.
